● Call from suspect falsely claiming to represent utility company demanding immediate payment via digital currency for an allegedly overdue account
● Payment made prior to victim realizing it was a scam
Fraud - Sentinel Hill
● Resident provided personal details responding to online job offer then found to be false
● Immediate action taken by resident to contact personal banks & financial services. ● Accounts secured. Credit bureaus alerted. No losses noted to date
